Oooh, sounds like fun. We should try making Okonomiyaki some time, or maybe some nigirizushi…Japan has all kinds of fun dishes. Last time I was there, I had a nice young lady teach me how to make nikujaga, they say it’s for luring the boys in. Way to a man’s heart is through his stomach, right? ~laughs~
